Pointer
The Pointer originally comes from Spain and was brought to England by British officers in the 18th century. There it was refined through crosses with Greyhounds and Foxhounds to enhance speed, stamina, and scenting ability.
Today, the Pointer is among the leading pointing dogs worldwide. Highly sensitive, eager to learn, and with strong exercise needs, it develops into a gentle, adaptable family member under clear guidance and with plenty of activity, forming close bonds with its people and showing great attentiveness.
