Labrador Retriever

The Labrador Retriever traces its roots to the Canadian east coast, where its ancestors were closely related to the Newfoundland dog. Named after the Labrador Peninsula, the breed was officially recognized by the British Kennel Club in 1903.
Labradors are celebrated for their friendly, balanced temperament and strong “will to please.” Patient, social, and highly trainable, they are ideal companions for active families. Originally bred as retrieving dogs for hunters, they continue to love water and physical activity today.
For restorative rest, orthopaedic dog beds from Doctor Bark provide pressure relief, supportive side bolsters, and are fully washable at 95 °C.
As an additional lounging option, an orthopaedic dog cushion offers flexible use indoors or outdoors – robust, shape-retaining, and hygienic.
For safe travel, a boot cover for dogs is perfect. It reliably shields the loading area, sidewalls, and bumper from dirt, moisture, and scratches – ideal for large, active breeds.
Indoors, dog mats with thermo padding add comfort – insulating against cold floors, non-slip, and washable at 95 °C.
