House-dust and storage mites – and especially their droppings – contain powerful allergens. They thrive all year round, but multiply rapidly in spring and autumn when humidity rises. For sensitive dogs – and their owners – this can mean persistent itching, skin irritation or allergic reactions.
Even frequent vacuuming or airing is not enough to eliminate them completely. Their eggs and larvae survive deep inside the fabric – invisible but active.
