Dalmatian

The elegant Dalmatian most likely originates from the Croatian coastal region of Dalmatia, although there are also indications of similar dogs found in ancient Egyptian pharaoh tombs. Whether via Greece or the Mediterranean, the Dalmatian has a long history as a companion dog known for stamina, temperament and grace.
The Dalmatian is considered friendly, sensitive and highly adaptable. He loves physical closeness, enjoys cuddling and needs gentle training – harsh methods are counterproductive. For his balance, one thing is essential: exercise. Two hours a day are the minimum, but three to four hours of activity are ideal – whether retrieving, swimming or running alongside a bike.
To ensure this enduring runner also finds rest, a premium, easy-care comfortable dog bed is recommended, which relieves the joints and offers a hygienic retreat. Particularly useful are washable dog cushions in size L – providing plenty of space for dogs with a back length of up to 75 cm. As a practical addition, the washable dog blanket can be used both as a cozy floor mat and as a protective cover on the sofa.
All Doctor Bark products are washable at 60 °C / 95 °C, colorfast, shape-retaining and dermatologically tested – ideal for active dogs like the Dalmatian who value both comfort and easy care.
