Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Doctor Bark GmbH, Leutstettener Strasse 28, 82319 Starnberg, service@doctorbark.de, Phone: +49 8151 654 55 10) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the credit amount to you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has been received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to Doctor Bark GmbH – Logistics – Leutstettener Str. 28, 82319 Starnberg, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Please contact us for a free return label. We can provide this only for returns from Germany and Austria. For returns from other countries, please contact us in writing to coordinate further steps. We will then handle your case individually.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
We do not refund the shipping costs charged if the return is not caused by us, as this service has already been provided.
