Would you like to return an item? No problem. Here you can find out how to easily return your order and receive a refund.

How do I return items?

You can return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them.


Process:

  1. Check: Please make sure that all items are returned to us new and unused. Returns that do not comply with these guidelines will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  2. Simply register your return online:

  3. Return label: After submitting the form, you will receive a return link by email, which you can use to create your return label yourself. Returns within Germany are free of charge. For returns from other EU countries, shipping costs will be charged according to our shipping rates:  https://doctorbark.de/versandkosten/
  4. Refund: After checking your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method; depending on the provider, the credit may take a few working days.

Can I exchange an item directly?

No, a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.


If you would like a different size, color, or item, please proceed as follows:

  1. Return the original item (as described above)
  2. Place a new order for the desired item in the online shop.

What should I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item?
